Develop skills to quieten an anxious mind and experience states of calm.

This workshop introduces teen 13-18 years to mindfulness based focus to train an anxious mind.  Skills to better tolerate difficult emotional states and find a sense of calmness will be experienced in this 3 hours workshop.

Cost: $50.00
